The Peninsula Papers was a project commissioned by Stream, which took the form of a serialised novel set in East Greenwich and the Greenwich Peninsula, with each chapter being written by, or in collaboration with, a different local group or individual.

Lucy worked with local residents and groups including Halstow, St Joseph’s and Millennium Schools, volunteers at Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park, East Greenwich Library Reading group and other local individuals.

The story was published on a blog as each chapter was written, and updates were given via Facebook and Twitter.

Interviews were also carried out with other local people, including residents at Sam Manners sheltered housing, Fresh FM youth radio group, Jim Kebbell, and others.
